Subject: Call Renderosity?

"We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 for further assistance. Thank you. Renderosity Store Staff" I got this message last night after i bought one item, then decided to just go ahead and get a few more things. on my second order, I entered my credit card number wrong and was requested to go back and correct it. So i did. When i hit purchase, I got the above message. Is there something wrong, do i really need to call, or is a default message for a problem with the store? Thanks
