When someone else is the subject and something unplanned happens ... you might think it's funny or even use it as part of a photography class. OTOH, when you are the subject and the self timer is the photographer ... those odd things are no longer funny. 2. The display on the camera never shows enough detail to identify a good/bad picture while you are shooting ... but get those images into the PC and up on the 19" monitor ... boy oh boy, can you ever see everything that's wrong ... and now the sunlight has changed too. This isn't a complaint ... just laughing at my own mistakes instead of showing them to you. MGD
