If there was another version of her posted, I didn't see it. When I conform the catsuit, her shoulders stick out and parts of her stomach stick out through, also one shin. Liz Dreamspinner Inc

It was the third update I think. Got really confusing for a bit. It is on the zygote site on her page though ...

Look above for another post with catsuit--I'm like you, Ghost. I can't even remember the update, but its been quite a while. I haven't had any problems with the clothing since the 'skirt' thing-which they fixed.

Liz, I'm with you. Even with the updates on Vickie and her clothes there are still problems that need to be addressed. You can make them work but only with a lot of work. Marque

Picnic .. I can't remember either but this picture took about 30 seconds to do all told to do. Three or four dialtwists to 1. I think it i simply making sure the right one is the in .. I have two directories o Vickie cause of the updates and one has the problems like everyone else and the newer one works fine ...Just couldn't remember which one was which until now

Me too--only took a minute or so to do it. I just twirled those soften hips dials. I think I removed my old Vicky when I put the new one in--I also use my 'white' Vicky (I have everything white/no maps so I can apply my own easier--so I know that's the 'last' Vicky).

So I should remove Vickie and put the update in? Makes sense. I also made a white Vickie and Michael and saved them for new texture maps...easiest for me. =) Marque

I used the updated Vikki called VickieMap or something like that. Soften hip on the Catsuit works while she's in the default pose (though the shoulders still majorly poke through). Then it goes to a mess when you change the pose. Liz Pope

Liz, there is a Vickiemap2--as you saw in mine, no shoulders poked, nothing as I changed the pose. Oh---you might have to reconform though-sometimes I do that.
picnic posted Sun, 01 October 2000 at 9:10 PM
I just tried using the original Vickimap and map2. They both work fairly well, but 2 is a bit better. I got breaks when I reposed, but I reconformed and that pretty well took care of it-except for the same 'soften hip' which I didn't bother with.

So there was a Remap2 of Vikki? How did I miss that one? Liz Pope Dreamspinner Inc.

Well, when I pose her with the catsuit on even if I hit the conform again it still shows through. Let's face it..they didn't do the catsuit well at all, but I'm still glad I got the clothing pack. Marque

The other thing you might note is that as you go through the body parts, many are not set at 0 for default. This makes a difference also. Jim Burton noted that when you do totally skin tight clothing, it is almost impossible to have them 'fit' at all poses (I'm paraphrasing, but this is the reason he asked for some input when he was creating his sweater/skirt and ended up making them NOT skin tight)--esp. in Vicky because there are so many more morphs possible on each body part. When you get to the chest/collar areas, for instance--just look at all the things you can do with the breast area--boy, I wouldn't give up those for anything, but to have the catsuit fit for all of these w/o adjusting them--well, I'm not a modeler, but I'm assuming that would be extremely difficult. I'm not saying one thing or another for or against Zygote--I don't find the few adjustments to be particularly difficult for the flexibility of the character. As I understand it, P3 meant you had to actually fit the clothing to the model all the time--not conforming at all. LOL--for me, I'm glad I came into Poser on 4 version.
