Subject: Is it just me.....

I was just wondering if there is anyone out there having problems with Rosity marketplace, or is it just me!
Lastnight, and now, i tried to purchase a product in marketplace, and this is the message i am receiving
(We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 for further assistance. Thank you.

I know its not my card, firstly its in the clear, and secondly, i tried it on another site and purchased an item with no problems....Is it just me?

I dont know if it's just you or not, but I did just successfully purchase 4 items from the marketplace and received the successfully.

System: Pentium QuadCore i7, under Win 8, GeForce GTX 780 / 2GB GPU.

Had the same thing happen.

You will have to call your card company and tell them the charges are okay and then call the office number and tell them your card will now honor their charges.

Seems online charges past a certain limit will engage a stop on further payments until you approve them. It's a new security thing to prevent card number theft, or cut down on it.

The folks at R'osity are very understanding. This happens all the time.

I had plenty of room on my card, too. It has nothing to do with that. You will have to call R'osity back, though, because once the system has locked you, it has to be reset before it will accept another order.
