I finally got around to making one of those nakid Vicky images and have just posted it to my gallery. I'd be most interested in peoples opinion so if you don't have a problem with nudity could you have a look and tell me what you think. Cheers 8) Catlinvlad69 posted Sun, 25 April 2004 at 11:09 PM
ok, i liked the image. Im new using poser but i will tell some things i find on your image. First, the mouse could be out of this image. Second, the light is ok but, the sky gives me the impresion of a sun in the clouds so, light must come from there. Tree, the facial expresion could be worked a little more to give more reality. Like i sed, new in poser so maybe im wrong. (sorry for my english, no my native language) -Vlad

The mouse is there for comedy, the time of day is late evening and the Sun is going over the horizon, Tree, what's up with the tree?, I like the facial expression. Most folk have said that the light needs to be toned down a bit and I agree with that so I'll change it. The reason that the mouse is there is because there are so many of these kind of images and it's difficult to make one that is completely different from what has gone before. The mouse is there to add humour, ie. we have a warrior nakid Vicky with a sword but she's still scared of little mice. Catlin

I like the mouse! It explains her expression ; The facial expression is very good.

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Cute concept :) The lighting is definitely too strong though, as there is no visible source for the light coming from her left. Using soft shadows will help with that, too. Also I notice she doesn't seem to be looking directly at the mouse, more above it. Or rather, her left eye is, but her right eye isn't - unless that's caused by shadows thrown by the hair, in which case you might want to morph it slightly to avoid this. Nice one!

It's the main problem when rendering Poser figures in Bryce, if you want to change anything you've got to take it back into Poser and repose it. Ernyoka I remember seeing your image and having a giggle myself. 8) Geep you shouldn't be looking at things like that, NaySay will be most upset with you. lol 8) Karen I'm going to do some more work with this one and try to get both her eyes pointing in the same direction. 8) Thanks to everyone for your comments and support with this one, it's why I love this forum there's always good advice and encourgement from all quarters. 8) Catlin Oh and I just found out that the image is in the Bryce hot 20. I'm too happy for words. 8D

My only concern is that her left leg seems to be partially INSIDE her right leg. I mean Skeered of Mice is one thing but so skeered that she has her leg's merge? I dun' think so. :)

Actually it isn't Steve, I think you get that feel because of the shadows. Like I said this will have to be reworked but for my first nakid Vicky I'm quite pleased. Cheers 8) Catlin

I'll of course take your word for it but it still looks painful to me. :P I haven't attempted any Temple Vickies, Posette's, Judy's or whomever so I'm not one to criticise that genre in anycase. LOL!
