Hello Toxe, If you are trying to make a shoe that you can spin in front of the camera, you can use the free QT3D Movie Maker from the Apple web site. It's a Classic application for the Mac with no Win version. If I remember correctly, your on a Mac so that shouldn't be a problem though. Essentially you render single frames from predetermined camera angles in the 3d app and then 'build' the rotational movie with the QT3D application. A bit of a process but it can be done. With Carrara's spherical camera, you can now also create 3d QT panoramas too. Pretty fun but I haven't discovered a way to make money with it in my studio yet! ;) I keep waiting for a tool to do that directly from Carrara like the old MetaStream format did. That might be a long wait... Mark

I use a spherical camera for rendering and then use PixScreen to view the 360 degree image. PixScreen is a web browser JAVA script that came with my digital camera.

I just submitted a tutorial on this to 3dxtract. I just learned how to do a create a Quictime VR scene using Carrara so it sort of basic . Check out next months issue it just may be in there. Mike
