This has become incredibly frustrating! I have Poser 4.03.126 Recently I've been trying to load files and way too many times I get that null file with no lights and no characters. Kind of frustrating if you've worked hours on a scene. This last time, however, I'm completely stymied. I load a scene - if I save the scene again with no changes it loads fine. If, however I change the scene AT ALL - including just moving the camera around - I CANNOT save a file that doesn't load as a null set. I've saved four times in a row after making minor tweaks on each and all four (Scene08, Scene09, Scene10, Scene11) come up as nothing. Please ANY ideas!?

I just loaded some of the PZ3 files and none of them are finished!! They all end somewhere in the targetGEOM areas - how can I tell Poser 4 that I would prefer that it finish saving my files? I have plenty of HD space, I'm running 1G of RAM and I'm not running any other software - just a cable modem.

Sounds to me like a program corruption. Try reinstalling Poser over the top of you existing one. This should replace any corrupt files.
