Hey everyone, first time poster. Here's what's wrong: I'm wanting to create some Morphs for Sara (from DAZ), so I go into Carrara, push and pull the vertices, and export it as it sits. I go into Poser, load up my Morph, and it comes out huge! I'm talking twice the size of Sara! So I go into Carrara again, and scale the piece down to a much smaller size, when I go into Poser again, it tells me I don't have enough vertices for it to be a morph. Can anyone tell my what I'm doing wrong here? I reall wanna make some morphs, but for the life of me, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, and how to go about fixing it. Any help would be much appreciated!

Poser uses a much smaller scale than most other 3D modeling programs. You need to adopt an export/import work flow that retains the model's scale and position. If you scale up or move the model in your modeler you will need to scale down and move the model back on export. Do not rely on dragging with the mouse, it will not be accurate enough. Most modelers allow you to input numerical data so use that.

p.s. Got dwarf bread? :)

The problem with Carrara is that it does this simplifying thing where it lowers the poly-count as you scale it. So is there a free Morph Maker or .Obj maker I could export/import through? And no, I don't even know what Dwarf Bread is lol

Check in Carrara forum for correct settings. Export from Poser as morph target, import to Carrara as vertex object, single polymesh.

Thanks so very much! Now I can finally make some Morphs for Sara!
