when I get her, her hair is gone. It shows in the library image, but it's gone when I put her into the working area. How do I get it to stay with her? Also, I'm trying to work w/the lights to get a softer light to perhaps lose the icky plastic look when it renders, but no such luck. I'm at a loss with that......
