I have a support issue open at E-On since Nov 24, 2003. That's almost 6 months ago. It deals with problems in Python scripting wich was the main reason for my upgrade to Vue Pro. After 5 or 6 updates it's still not solved and I feel there is no use for me to use their support web site anymore. Is anyone from E-On listening here?

Tom listened to you since he said on April 19 that it would be fixed. Best regards, Lynn Fredricks e-on software

Sorry Lynn,
But this is not the answer I was hoping for. I was expecting something like "I will personnlly look into this..."
The web support gives no feedback to customers. I add something to the thread they answer something, that's it. We need more, we need to see commitment, dates, especially for an issue 6 months old. I found a few bugs in Vue2 and Vue3 and back then I was getting an update DAYS later - I was very impressed. But now I guess E-On is getting too big...too bad

They're slow as hell, but they do eventually get the job done...

Im not sure why it hasnt been addressed yet, except that there have been other issues and requests that impact a much, much larger group of customers. It likely was just "prioritized" right out of the update queue by something else. You should follow up Tom's message with an update (anything new immediately becomes visible). Ill also check it out as well. Thanks, Lynn Fredricks e-on software
