I have a support issue open at E-On since Nov 24, 2003. That's almost 6 months ago. It deals with problems in Python scripting wich was the main reason for my upgrade to Vue Pro. After 5 or 6 updates it's still not solved and I feel there is no use for me to use their support web site anymore.

Is anyone from E-On listening here?
