I'd like to clear up one point....I was not looking for pity, attention, or anything other than to have my account deleted, .....let me explain. I loved Renderosity site because it offered so much for so many types of artist who use so many different programs.....and it offered the OT forum which was always an interesting read while waiting for lonnnnnng renders. Often the debates got pretty heated, but I never felt what some have described as "hatemongering", sure there were people with different opinions, and as artists we can become quite passionate in our arguments....what some of you didn't realize is that even though some of us disagreed greatly, we still loved to hear different points of view. I noticed that in my sob's thread some of the people I disagreed with the most supported me, and stood up for freedom of speech. I have a deep appreciation for freedom of speech, and when Renderosity started to dictate what/who/how topics could be debated it definitely caught my attention...then threads started getting locked....when that didn't work they just started deleting them.....when that didn't work they just deleted the whole forum. Granted it was their site, their right.....just as it should be our right to voice our opinions on what they did, and to have our accounts completely removed when we no longer want to be part of a group with the types of dictator like values that this site has adopted...... Some people have said that we are slowly loosing our rights in America....If we don't fight out against this, if we let it go unchallenged even in small community forums, how can we stand up later when its a much bigger problem?
