I just finished a software, it exports as *.obj and *.pp2, I have not added the *.3ds export. The software is only for PC computers with anykind of Windows and for any processor with MMX (486 or Pentium I < 166 MMX will not work!) and for any video >= 800x600. The software consist in only two files: the program.exe and the documentation.pdf. The question is: I shall put those files inside a *.zip and let the purcharser install where he wants or use an installer program (xxxSetup.exe) which will install the files in some folders and start menu predefined by me?

ZIP is always best. Some people have virus checkers that won't allow an EXE to be downloaded. But what does the software do? Give us a hint, please!

NOTE: If I use the installer it will be also inside a zip file, the difference is only the install process. The software is something for creating medieval buildings parts, in some days I am going to release a demo version.
