Subject: No email response?

Hi there, I emailed store support a couple of days ago about a refund for an order and haven't yet received a response. I rather stupidly purchased a product I can't use (India). Happy with a gift cert but would like a response one way or the other :-) Thanks! Steph ~ elfinp
