I've tried to change an object's texture at specific keyframes, unfortunetly it changes the texture for the entire animation, start to finish? I've tried to split it in half by only having a selected length of the timeline to render, I planned to splice them with XP's moviemaker later. This only works for the small prevue render, as when I then try the main render options it renders everything again? I hope that made sence! Vue 4.22 Mover 4.22

Make sure you make the change THEN move the slider one keyframe. It should work, because I've often changed the texture by mistake within the animation and noticed it changing as it plays. Usually it should only stay as one texture from zero-time ie if you change it at keyframe 0 it should stay the same throughout. Wish I could help further, I'm not much of an aniamtin expert in Vue, though I do have Mover as well. JoeBlack

If you want the material to fade into a different material go to the point in your timeline double click on the material of your object in the upper right hand corner of vue, material editor opens, double click on same object in the material editor, select your material then click on yes to animate after you've chosen material. This will make the material fade to the new material, you can also move this in your timeline to make it happen anywhere and even have it just change at a certain frame;D This works in Pro, not really sure about D'esprit, give it a try though.
