Does anyone know where one could find a combat outfit for the freak. Nothing fancy, no textures required, just a simple outfit.

Not a lot of contemporary clothing for the big guy yet.
odeathoflife has a tank top and army hat here in the Marketplace. the3dwizard's TreadZ footwear was recently refitted for the Freak; you can download that freebie from DAZ.
If you're handy at adapting clothing to other figures, sixus1 has combat clothes for the Behemoth here in the Marketplace.

You're welcome. You might be able to do something with the jeans and combat boots in Dodger's "Goth As Fashion" outfit at DAZ, also.
