Subject: Poser 5/Mover 5/ Vue 'D/Mac G5?

I was trying to import a simple Poser figure. Have Vue'D 4.22/Mover 5/Poser 5 (with latest update this past week or so) Mac 1.8 Dual G5 OSX 10.3.3 all I get is a blob with no textures or anything.. ok Read through the manual and found nothing on this.. went to E-on's site and searched and got nothing that really covers this. any ideas? PS I did save the figure as a 3DS and imported .. uploading here next the image I made in Vue .. you can see that the girl looks.. well ... blocky?
