Renderosity will be at SigGraph and Dragon*CON this year!

SIGGRAPH 2004 : Computer graphics professionals from the international community gather for a comprehensive technical program and special events focusing on research, art, animation, games, interactivity, and web graphics.
(Los Angeles, CA : August 8-12, 2004)

Dragon*CON is America's largest, multi-media, popular arts conventionfocusing on science fiction and fantasy, gaming, comics, literature, art, music, and film.
(Atlanta, GA : September 3-6, 2004)

If you can make any of these events we would love to meet you!

This weekend we attended the 2nd of 3 pre-show staff meetings for Dragon*CON.

This is Patrick Roberts the Dragon*CON Art Show director sporting a copy of The Best of Renderosity 2003 DVD!

We hope to see many of our members at either of these conferences.

Here are a few images of the staff that will be working Dragon*CON this year. It was a great meeting this weekend and should be another fantastic show this year.

There will be many digital art presentations from our members! As the show grows closer we will post specifics on who will be presenting as well as the topics being covered.

I hope to see some of you this summer!!

Is the guy lying down on the floor, clutching his hands to his head, saying " Oh no the bastards have just closed down the OT forum"

WOW! what a BEAUTIFUL collection of NERDS GAMERS,and GEEKS!"BLESSED ARE THE GEEKS FOR THEY SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH!" Of ALL the sub-cultures in most societies around the globe,a new breed of humanity has surfaced, spread, and conquered the rise of the medocredic masses, for they are without hate, malice, or racist of heart, yet are of love justice, and acceptance for their fellow spiecies...They are the GEEKS of the world! (EXCLUDING of course, the darker side of thier masses, for EVERY culture has 'em!)My first "Con" was the Sakura-con of 2003, Because of the cost ($56 of which I did'nt have!)And my Friend knew that this was my first con He came up with the idea that I go with Him so I could "GHOST" in as an "Artist's helper", However, sadly it was not to be...As I was sitting in the lobby, contemplating my long ride back, I was approached by one of the security guards for the con, who asked about my opinion about this con, and when I told him of my predicament, He promptly supplied me with a TICKET TO THE CON FREE OF CHARGE! As it was my first time,His sense of comradery for a fellow "GEEK" showed in his generosity! So as far as the term GEEK,NERD,or DORK is concerned, I SHALL WEAR THAT DISTINCTION PROUDLY, AS A BADGE OF HONOR and so should YOU!(You know who you are!;})

Attached Link: The ENTIRE world was put here to entertain me....All are doing a great job and DESERVE a RAISE!!!!!

I can barely contain myself after going to last year's con.... I know this year will be even better. I made new friends last year and if anyone has family to take... most things are family oriented if your open minded about some nudity.... teeheeee......

I am not an artist, however I have 2 sons that are so this is a great place for them to network. As well as showing off costumes that we have been thinking of since last years con.

So everyone; that is near to Atlanta, or far.... is Advised that this is one heck of a great place to hang out for Labor Day weekend.

I am a GEEK and a proud parent of a Gamer, an Artist, a Writer and a Sailor..... 4 sons, 3 are coming to the con, one is serving his country.

I was very happy to get my flyer and see Renderosity as a sponsor.

Subliminal messages now are being transmitted for everyone reading this to immediately make plans to go to Dragoncon.
