Hi All! Had some static problems with my phone line. All is fixed now. I will post the recent challenge/banner entries tonight after work. Sorry for the sudden absence (old house, old phone lines...what can ya do?). Nick

Good to hear everything's fine now, Nick! It's awful when connections go boom. :( Hugs Barbara

Yeah, I think it was because of the storms that I ended up with a lot of static on my phone line. I could use the phone, but connecting online was practically impossible. With a new line now installed maybe I'll have a faster connection-- nah, just wishful thinking :) It's definitely got me thinking more towards getting a cable connection--I really hate dial-up... Anyway, thanks for the warm welcomes back :) Nick

Dial-up connections can be a pain in the butt almost anytime they feel like it. I work internet support for a local ISP and phone lines are always being fussy. The storms have definetly kept me busy at work.

Angelwave- That vote was a test :) airlynx- LOL! Well, so far my connection has been better with the new phone line, but, yeah, sooner or later I'll have to get something faster :) Nick
