Hi. I just purchased Visual Marker and was able to download the product fine, However when I launch the software I'm asked for a serial number. I have not recieved any type of serial number, and when I click the link to the software's registration site, imagine my suprise to see that I could have purchased it directly from them for 25% cheaper. Please respond with a solution for my serial# problem, as for the gouging I recieved...live and learn I guess.
