I got inspired and wanted to show soft focus by using motion, and time. No blur is added in post work I set up a tripod and focused on the foreground the flowers I set the f stop to f45 and the shutter speed to 30 sec there was a slight breeze so the flowers were in motion. Second shot was focused on the clouds and moon I opened the lens up to f2.8 and shutter speed to 1/3 sec. In post I layered the two and removed the background from the first photo using the second as the background for the sky. This allowed me to control the exposure of the moon and provide contrast in the DOF with less blur to the sky.
