Subject: How do I create figure poses or expressions for M3 etc then export them

Hi

I bought a number of pose and expression packages for V3 + M3 but but only ever find one or two really useful in each package.

Is there a package that enables me to creaate my own poses, motions and or expressions easily and then enable me to export them so I and sell or distribute my own poses and poser 5 compatible?

If the above is only possible in poser can anyone recommend a good tutorial on this
