Yeah, I can see my face all covered in chocolate from ear to ear not to mention all parts in between. The site says it's for trade professionals only though. What's your interest here Zhann, you're a confectioner, or did you design the web site, or are you planning to attend? Thanks Quest for that visual, Now when I hear Def Lepard's "Pour some sugar on me" I'll be thinking of you..LOL. wink I've still got that visual of you in the snow too.

Actually you don't have to be a professional to attend, the exhibition hall is open to anyone with the admission. And, to answer your question, I was a restaurateur for a brief period in time, and I still like going to trade shows to see what's new and exciting.....
