Thank God the release of Millenium Deformer Kit came out at DAZ before Universal Magic Mags did. It turned out that the set I was working on was very similar, so I started over from scratch. The new version of Universal Magic Mags works like this: You get 15 sets of Magnets. Each set contains Six Magnets with a Magic remote. You put the set anywhere you like on any figure with easy to use controls. Then you use a pose file to "Pin" or parent the set on the area of the body you wish to work on. Once you set the parent or "Pin" you then proceed to use the set just like you would previous magic mags. Use as many sets as your system can handle on a figure...up to the full 15. I haven't used more than 11 myself so far. Magnet sets each have total control available. But WAIT! There's More! For the first time, in any magnet set, I have pose files included to change the way the magnets pull. You can set your magnets to pull by default, which is a nice round shape suitable for female type morphs and also Boxier type pulls suitable for male figures! Change them all or mix and match, the choice is yours. Don't like the effect? Change them back, no problem. But Wait, there's more! Also included is the first EVER MagicWave tool. Now you can use the Wave tool in Poser easily, and experiment with the effects it can provide with all the control of a Magic Mag set. I can't tell you what to do with it, but you may inadvertantly unlock the secrets of the many functions of Poser's wave tool. The WaveTool, like all Magic Mags, will also apply to conforming clothing! There are more than 850 files included in this set. I am looking for a few good people to use this set and prepare reviews. If you have purchased my 3 other magic Mag packs "Steph Petite" "MGPT" and "Universal Head Shop" please email me and I will send you the complete release in exchange for your remarks. First come, first serve on that until I have as many as I would like. -WTB

This is just a curiosity/comment, as something I'd like to see in a magnet set like this. Would you be able to use this set to pinch in a band of a body part, like if a character was wearing a tight (upper-) armband, could you use these magnets to create a realistic "squeezing" effect?

Photopium posted Tue, 08 June 2004 at 1:34 PM

Absoultely. I will attempt this and post a result here. -WTB

Big breasts and Pregnant using 2 magnet sets. As you can see, any figure can be morphed with these sets.

Here is a squeeze on the freak, with the gauntlet. All you gotta do is use the magnet to increase the flesh around the edge of the clothing you want to squeeze. Hope that's what you're after.

Could you show a few male examples? I don't need women who are ... overly endowed.

Coming up.

For better pecs What other male-type morphs would you like to see? I am limited in that I've never done much muscular male-type morphing on male figures. -WTB

The fact that this doesn't look very good only reflects *my* limitations in knowing what a male looks like. This sort of thing is not my cup of tea. Someone who is used to making male physique would undoubtedly do a better job.

Thank you! This all does look like it has tons of potential!

I've seen lots of "big" magnet sets. Can yours do small? What I mean is, sure you can make Vicky a 56GGG. Can you make her a 28A?

I have your Stephanie magnets and have gotten some nice results (once I got used to the way they work). Does this new set allow magnets to be applied to just one area (such as just the calves, to pick one thing at random)? And yes, some smaller breasts would be nice to see. ;-) bonni
