I have had a few folks as me about this again. :O) For example tree bark, many use excellent tree bark textures and want the same picture being used for the texture to also be a bump map to give much better reality to the texture. Open the material editor check coloring mode. Click load then find the bmp picture or jpg you want as your texture. Of course with rendered Poser objects the texture is already there without a bump map however. Now go to your bump tab. Right click the bump picture icon and select edit function. A new window will open check mapped values. The bump icon will go black in the lower right corner you will see another square black icon double click that and then find the same bmp or jpg picture for your bump mat. For Poser objects that are texture go to the texture file in the Runtime tree to find the same picture. Click ok now you have a picture texture and a bmp bump mat that match. I find that by increasing or decreasing the map can really add to the realism of the scene. Hope this will be helpful and thanks for reading :O)
