I am seeking persons who might be interested in an online collaboration spanning several websites. I will direct the parts using the forum here as a kingpin. This will be an effort, but as the story unfolds I suspect everyone will have fun. As our readership starts to gig in it will act to improve traffic for several places....Bloggers are very welcome to participate.

This involves setting up a schedule for parts. There are 45 parts to this work run over a 30 day period from June 25 to July 25. There may be less parts if we start falling too far behind schedule. No individual will be asked to do more than 3 sections because its summer and I don't want this to be a chore. I can say that this will be in the sci-fi- fantasy genre and that instructions will merely tell you what the character does. How he does it will be up to the individual writer. I will hold online time for people with questions and will IM each character to put all the pieces together. I've done this twice...Both times were fairly successful the first was a joke on one of the forum writers and the second was a Popeye story back in 2003. I realize that there's a lot of things to do but recreational writing is fun too. I will provide respondents more details on request.

The way that this works is with a backup schedule...I'm not going to start until the 25th. BTW I love the headbanger under construction at your forum (Sprites and Pixel)

I have a small amount of space on my yahoo site that could be used for writing. Recently, I closed my dialup related site that had drawn all the spam. It's peaceful out there now. Times have changed. Johnny Begood!!

I'm interested. Can I be a criminal brought before a judge? Or just a freaky lawyer maybe? Kristta

Krista...A criminal brought before a judge....do you want the main part? Ynsaen...I was kind of hoping you could be a letter writer...how are you at first person writing like in Dracula?
Kristta posted Fri, 18 June 2004 at 12:42 PM
I'm better at the first person pov than I am at any other. I can describe in word what I see and think and hear. I've got a bit of experience at trying to get out of messes I get myself into also.

It was a strange feeling for me to gaze out the window and see the waves crashing on the rocks that poked up from below, my sweet, and to know that across the waters you were there still, waiting for me. You won't believe what today has been like, hon. It's been trying and twisted, and this man seems to me to be the oddest I've ever met.... First person isn't too bad. ;)

Good enough because you have to remember because of the forum setting were working with vignettes, full economy with the words and as graphic as possible. How was that for an audition?
