hi folks, Finally got another one done. This expansion kit contains a new mezzanine level with platform and 5 posable staircases. Lots of MAT files to configure everything, new textures, etc. Plus a full-width terrace and terrace doors (with exterior background prop), a sloping roof with beams and a new set of doors.
