Wish Mike 3 had a little more hair available? Wouldn't it be great to easily fit that Mike 1/2 hair on him?

Have you ever put Victoria 2 prop hair on Vicky 3 and wished it fit better around the ears? (or vice versa)

How about some of the earlier Posette hair on Victoria 3 - some of that wasn't bad, was it?

Sure would be nice if more hair fit Stephanie Petite natively without scaling and tweaking and swearing to get it right...

The kit you've been hoping for has just arrived and it's completely FREE.

The Millenium Hair Conversion Kit will enable you to convert your conforming figure (cr2) AND prop (hr2) hair between Victoria (1 and 2, includes Stephanie 1), Victoria 3, Mike (1 and 2) and Mike 3 in just a few easy steps.

It Includes:

Now have the freedom to buy newer hair and use it on older figures or even decide which gender should be wearing it PLUS make use of that older hair you may have forgotten about!

The file is HERE

Thank you so much for making this FREE!!! I think I buy more hair than anything else for my Poser People and I've been wishing I had more versatility between old styles and new models. ;-)

Now, to get V2, V3 and SP hair to fit the PT Vicky.....I've got the worst hair luck in the world with these things (oh, my eye luck isn't so good yet either as that darned dog has still got funky eyes!) Kristta

I've never had any trouble fitting any hair to any model myself, but if this makes it easier it can only be a good thing.

With most hairs, it's not hard to fit them to different models. But the really realistic ones that show some of the hairline often have to be very precisely fitted, or it looks terrible. I end up fiddling forever.

wrpspeed posted Thu, 17 June 2004 at 7:37 PM

thank you so much. do you think it will work on David too?

Netherworks posted Thu, 17 June 2004 at 7:46 PM

Everyone is most welcome (and thank you for making it to this announcement as things get buried in this forum rather quickly - LOL!) Kristta, I definately have the Mil Kids in mind and that will be the next supplement to come out. It may be a little while as I have other obligations to tend to as well ;) wrpspeed, I don't have the David figure so there's no way that I can say that. I'm 100% sure that none of the center setters will work, so you'd have to parent rather than conform the figure hair. If someone decent with magnet work wanted to adjust one of the magnet sets to do it, that would be fine with me. If so, I would suggest doing a V3-David and David-V3. If you read at the end of the guide you can use that as a central point to go to other figure fittings.

This looks good. Is there any chance of you doing one for Kiki and Krystal. We already have hair fits for Koshini thanks to Poser heaven.

Never used magnets before and I found it a cinch after reading the tutorial! I managed to get Studio Maya's Bob hair to fit M3. Thanks Netherworks! :D

Your welcome guys and gals :) I think Poser's magnets are seriously underrated and you can do some very clever things with them. I feel that way about the grouping tool too ;) Now if I can get some free time to write some tutorials on the subject, I will. Got soooo much to do over the next few weeks. IMHO, Traveller is the magnet master so definately look up his tutorials at RDNA. Also, Dr Geep covers the basics pretty well too.
