Subject: How to change V3 eyes?

Okay guys, I re-installed all the V3 body morphs and head morphs so everything is where it should be. Now I have another problem with that V3 ;o) How do I change her eyes from those glassy looking eyes and how do I get her lashes and eyebrows to render? Thank you so much for your continuous help!
