Now for sale at right here in the Marketplace: The Blackhawk Helicopter! This model is loaded with the usual moving parts: upper and rear blades spin, left and right doors open, etc.
This model also includes some all-new features, such as: upper blades can droop and flex, the rear landing gear can be changed (by adjusting a dial), the interior is reconfigurable (also by adjusting a dial), and more.
Best of all, this model also includes "blade blur" props to simulate the spinning of blades. That's right- Poser 5's motion blur effect is NOT needed to achieve this effect! Simply apply a "hide blades" pose (or adjust a dial) to switch between single blades and "blade blur". And these are built into the model, so there's no need to remember to add (or remove) extra props.
This image was rendered 100% in Poser 4- the background was created in Bryce and used as a background image. NO postwork was added (except for the signature) and NO render effects were used.
To see an interactive Viewpoint demo of this model, go to:
Blackhawk Helicopter Information Page (then click the link to "Test Drive" model).
Yes, you can actually rotate and spin the model around!

Bought this model this morning, very nice too. BTW Are you planning on releasing a Apache or Cobra gunship? Or even a Commanche?

Excellent work, John! The background in your render looks like a 3D model. Is it just an image or is it in fact, a 3D model? If so, where did you get it? It' very good. Reason I ask is that we're currently working on (yet another) jump zone for a parachute simulator so I can't help but pay attnetion to every terrain area I see. It's kind of like when you get a new car, you notice all the same model cars as yours on the road! ;) Again, REAL FINE JOB on the Chopper.... Well done indeed, John! Keep up the good work! How did I know I'd see Esther here? Because where there's aircraft, there's Esther! ;) LOL! Cheers! Pam

It's does have an interior. There is a render of it on the product page, image 3 I think. You can toggle the layout of the seats for either a cargo carrying version, special forces or troop carrier. The level of detail for the interior is acceptable but not high. THe intruments are mapped onto the main panel.
