The german c't magazine contains the software from the custom furniture producer InVIDO. You can arrange furniture in the software and export it as dxf (one material only, you have to use uv-mapper to get nice results). The software is as commercial in the magazine, it can be ordered from InVIDO's website too. But the magazine is probably cheaper.... The pic below shows an example what kind of stuff can be made....
