Sams3d.com has one, not free but good quality. Do a search for 'horse' in the freebies and I think you'll find a few saddles (european for sure, but I don't know about western)

I modeled this one a while back. It was available at my site for a while. It's for the P4 Horse not the Mill Horse. It will not fit the Mill Horse horse. The saddle and hackamore are poseable figures.... not conforming. You have to parent them to the horse. If you're interested, send me a PM and I'll send you a download link. Ed
