Subject: How to make a satin or silk shader?

if someone has a good tip for this then please let me know.i have an idea in my head for scene but i dont know how to make a silk or satin shader in carrara 3,i know how to paint it in zbrush or photoshop but i dont want to use textures. Thanks Dominik

This is a Multichannel Mixer using Brick as the Blender. I tiled the bricks 500 in each direction, 40 for the grout value and curves checked. Then each channel has slightly different color, highlight, shininess & reflectivity. Adding a bit of bump would probably help. And you need to watch the mapping mode. HTH Mark

Do you have "Shader ops" ? This plug-in is helpful to make a shader for the silk or satin.

OK! Here it is. Neither of shader has bump.
