As you may recall, I'm doing a fair bit of photography with some old hardware, Russian-made cameras and lenses from the Fifties, based on pre-WW2 German designs. The link, specifically the entry for the 1st July, has some interesting photos of a reenactment event in the UK, using a camera of suitable age, and an emulsion which wouldn't be out of place. And the entry has a couple of links which may be of interest to others interested in the old days. No, I didn't take any of the pictures. But the whole business intrigued me, and I figured it would be worth a mention.

Can't help but be impressed and appreciate the old time equipment and processes.... keeps the history alive. Donald..... Jordy deserves every pinch he gets.... and believe me, I think he enjoys them too... :~)
