My sincere apologies for everyone involved. It looks like I was too quick to count the votes last night. The actual winner is #7 by rodluc2001. Thanks to tradivoro for pointing that out. I can't believe I missed two counts for that image.

@Agiel: Shit happens - to everybody. Don't worry about it. My congrats to the new winner "rodluc" :), and still to "nanotyrannos" who now is second winner. Both pictures are excellent - concering idea and technical abilities. In my opinion it was only a question of taste which one made the first place. :)

Congratulations to Rodluc.. :) And Agiel, no prob, last night I saw your post announcing the winner as nanotyrannus, went to the post with voting, counted the votes, votes said #7, went back to the pics, and saw #7, and I thought #7 was nanotyrannus, and I didn't come back, till this morning... So, alls well that ends well.. :)

also for me no problem, i knew my image have a 6 vote and nanotyrannus 5, but i've win the april contest, so... I have preferred to say nothing... i think is most important partecipate and not win... BUT ! i'm very, very happy now !! :) and thanx all !

Congratulations to Rodluc2001! You did an excellent job, I was really impressed with all the rest of the entrants on this contest as well, I really wasn't expecting to even come close to winning at all with some of the others that submitted. It was really great just to enter the contest as I rarely (it's been about 3-4 years) get to do any real modelling for myself and this contest actually got me jazzed enough to do the model for the garden building just for the contest, which has spun off into me spending even more time doing modeling. After all that's pretty much what these contests were intended for in the first place, to nudge people into trying something new and different and hopefully learn something. Thanks to everybody for all the premature congrats, it was a fun contest :)
