I know keep getting this message when i load them - An unexpected error has occured (generic failure) Can any body help? I have tryed corel website it says The solution is to run Bryce with an administrative account but my Windoes XP Pro is already set at Administrator... Major gutted cause it looks like I have lost a years work :(

hmm.. that really sounds bad. what i think happened is that you only allowed access to bryce to the old user (the pre-format one, we'll call him tricksta1). Now you're using tricksta2, so the models won't load. i didn't know you could actually control access to the bryce files, just maybe to the bryce program in itself. weird. drac

When I had this error it tied to the attempt to save, and was tied to a corrupt picture texture. I think Flak had a similar experience. I just recreated the last pic and deleted the offender and I was back in business. Of course your having it on load might evidence a completely different Bryce mystery. Just for chuckles did you tryu recreating your 'default' BR5?

You change your version of Windows? That happened to me with a few b5 files, going from Win98 to WinXP.
