in the mp i am seeing a lot of nice things but would like to know what was used for the render for sed promo shot some just dont look like a poser render at all and some do can some one start adding this is a poser 4 or 5 render plez? much hugz

I would be curious about this. I thought most of the marketplace brokers required straight poser renders without retouching for promo shots.

i know a lot of ppl are doing way to much post work in the mp and not useing a poser render on poser stuff its startting to bug me and now i am down to only getting things from ppl that dont post work the woohoo out of there stuff and render in poser its getting a bit out of hand IMO

We are looking into this.

You are correct about post working the promo images for products in the MarketPlace.

"Example images of your product should not be altered with post production render touchups intended to alter the appearance of the model. To assist customers with their purchasing decisions, these pictures are intended to be an accurate representation of the product without adjustments."

Thanks Clint,

I thought I had read that somewhere but could not find the referance.
There are some products that look really good in the promo shots but I have simply assumed that the creator has managed his layout and lighting really well.
The person marketing the product should realize that if the Poser user does not get a similar result to the promos he/she is likely to have a dissatisfied customer and possibly a request for refund.
