I have posted a script to move the translations and rotations from the 'body' to the 'hip' for all keyframes in an animation. This was written to fix some of my first animations where I was using 'body' to position the figure. It is also helpful to fix BVH files when saving as an animated pose. It is posted in the POSER forum.
