I had set up my shopping cart to buy a bunch of stuff when I got paid today and noticed the price change yesterday afternoon. Now, I get to get 8 more things!

Still angry with them because they didn't automatically take a second month from my visa... Quite confusing, not clearly stated, and no ne ever told me (and i'm far from the only one) that I had to add a new month myself. Besides: I was on a holiday. So now i'd have to pay again $30. I'll wait. If I ever join again that is...

They are aware of a mess up in the monthly renewal thing. If you didn't have a valid address in the system or something, it did not auto renew. Mine did though. Just glad I remembered about it and made sure I wrote it in my checkbook! I'm sure if you email them, they will take care of it.

They have a valid e-mail adress (I still get their newsletters) and I did enter my Visa, which normally I never do so they had it all at their disposal. Also: some six weeks ago, I bought an item that proved to be bad. First they tried to convince me that I was to blame, but as their own promopic showed (and still does) the problem, I was told to contact dazTech. Got a reply that they would look nto it. That's it untill now. It was not a PC item at $1.99. As I wrote what happened on their forum, it was up to hem to contact me. And fmpov still is. There are other sites around...

The forums are essentially user-to-user, not user-to-DAZ. The address you need for the auto-renewal is your physical address (needed for the card issuer). Email or call sales and your membership should be sorted.

They don't take telechecks, unfortunately...gotta be a credit card or I'd already belong! I'll go check it out anyway..might as well be completely misreable instead of just unhappy! ;-]

cedarwolf, I use my check card (atm card with Visa logo) and everything comes out of my checking account. It works a lot like the telechecks. I won't ever have a credit card. Those things are ridiculous with their 16% interest rate crap.
