Could someone please tell me what hair the model in the picture below is wearing? Thanks!

that looks like the Reika hair (freebie) with a few postworked strands added to it.
Lemme see if I can find the link to it, as far as I remember it came with a figure or something. Edited for the links: You can get the Reika hair at Minerva's page: http://mine.site.ne.jp/dld (and there get the Reika character for Vicki).

The character pack is called "momiji" and when I went to look at that, there was a list of two items under "bonus!!". One of those two items was the following: Fit Pose for Daz Wild & Messy Hair and MAT for Firecat Hair Texture! So maybe it is some type of use of Daz's Wild & Messy hair and maybe some post work.
