I have both P5 and P4 w/Propack, and would like to use both. The problem is that whenever I run P4/PP I have to reinstall P5. When I try to run P5 I get errors about missing files. Aparently, P4/PP is deleting some of the P5 system files like the python dll's. I had them in different directories on the same physical drive. Is there a way to run both without having to reinstall everytime I do?

Try copying the dll's to the Poser program folders.
