Ok I went a little nuts in the DAZ store the other day (That platnum membership has already paid for itself three times over), and my library is nearly bursting at the seams. Heres my question though: can I move stuff around in there and sort it into folders without messing anything up? Number 2 is that the Mihai hair seems to either be locking up my machine when rendering, or its simple taking FOREVER. Is this normal? Oh, and the "Conform to..." command has to be one of the most useful menu options Ive ever had the pleasure of using! With a little time & luck I might be posting my first artwork this weekend.

Most things in the Library, you can move around. Others (like the injection morph deltas for DAZ's third-generation Millennium figures) should be left in their default folders.

Number 2:

It's normal. Firefly doesn't seem to like the way the geometry is sorted, for some reason. There's a fix, but it's a do-it-yourself affair with UVMapper or Poser's grouping tool. You can read about it at PoserPros.

If you leave the default RuntimeLibraries alone Poser 5 loads faster. After that copy all of the Geometries into the default Runtime (there doesn't seem to be a limit to the size on this), you can pretty much reorganize to your hearts content, without worrying about breaking anything or long load times. Poser 5 reads the RuntimeLibraries folder on startup. Hope this helps. Having a total of around 60 gigs of files for Poser, every bit helps for me. Currently all of my downloaded content sits in a seperate location from my Poser install.
