Hi, I am looking for a textured posable high quality tiger. I saw some images of such a tiger in a gallery on this site (somewhere..) does anyone know of such a model that I can buy or download? thanks!

Attached Link: Bengal Tiger from Dedicated Digital

I think you might want to try out the Bengal Tiger from Dedicated Digital website. It is a free download.

Big posable kitty is here :-)

Why shouldn't speech be free? Very little of it is worth anything.

Has anyone actually loaded this tiger into poser? My poser crashed when I tried it... Thanks

that would be a problem....

Dante,

if you get it working could you make that known. I need a posable tiger for a project I am bidding on and right now I don't have Poser but I will buy it if a tiger model is avaliable and working.

thanks,

I did one I'd post it but it's larger than forum pic size allows, I'll reduse it and put it up here later. btw, the tiger comes in different formats, sure you got the right one?

I found a poser tiger model for sale here:

http://www.vistainternetproducts.com/lionprid.htm

but they do not reccomend using poser 5. only poser 4.

now I need poser 4. I am reading that poser 5 is not reccomended.

I have used the Bengal Tiger in Poser 5. There is a problem with loading it due to the author putting a bengal_tiger.jpg file in textures and calling for a bengal_tiger_lo.tif in the cr2. I simply converted the .jpg to the requested .tif and changed the name. Equally one could go to the cr2 and change the .tif to the .jpg.

I was pleased with the way it rendered.
