Hmmm, I guess what the world REALLY needs is just another Toon-character, isnt it?
(No, really, dont get me wrong, I DO love the G.I.R.L. ! )
But I was curious how close I could get to her looks by just moving a few vertices here and there on...., well, WHO IS this imposter ? ;-)
Oh, and please be kind to me...I KNOW the renders could be better.
These are all done in PPP. NO postwork, no textures, and no fancy global lightsets.
(If I add more than four or five lights my old machine really goes down. LOL !)
As I said, just for fun to see how close I could get by just spinning some dials.
Thanks for looking !

Sara? Alexa? Both are made as "copycat-G.I.R.Ls" If it wasn't for those large feet I'd say V2. Steph3 perhaps? She has huge feet. If it's really Vickie or steph I'd say you've done a great job toonifying them :o)

I think its H.E.R. but I'm not much for toon girls anyway And could someone make a toonguy already? this is getting silly ..we have 5 toongirls at last but only little Ichiro to keep up witht hem. (well and my Simon for sara1) I did fairly well with Capsces Roxanne morphs for V1 (my Roxime figure in free stuff) a while back. Link is to the thread where I announced the figure "reduce, recycle, reuse' Lyrrastahlratte posted Thu, 29 July 2004 at 11:44 AM
Many thanks for the nice replies !
Glad you like......V2 ! ;-)
Yep, its good ol Vicky 2 with the help of four magnets (Forehead, chin, neck and hip).
The rest is just her default morph channels.
Heres two more of her:
(Hope Puntomaus doesnt mind that I..umm, "borrowed" her pose. `tschuldigung!)
And I thought shed make a nice blue pixie, too. :-)

"Hope Puntomaus doesnt mind that I..umm, "borrowed" her pose. `tschuldigung!" Naa, it's ok - I got my inspiration from some PinUp artists, so actually this is a modified Alberto Vargas pose ;-). Really great job on V2 :D.

Yeah, V2 looks great like that! I don't have V3 and I'm not sure if I'm going to buy G.I.R.L.

Seconded ...
Casette posted Fri, 30 July 2004 at 7:53 AM
Er... stahlratte, have you think in distribute this morph? If The G.I.R.L. is too expensive (as I sadly believe) may be a character to be in mind... (God, Im looking again your pics, I love that toonish-manga-style smile)

Since this is based on V2 the only way to distribute the morphs would be as a MOR pose that 1. spins the existing dials and 2. injects the custom morphs. There should be no DAZ morphs merged with custom morphs, this all has to be nicely seperated.

Sigh,and theres the problem.
Unfortunately I dont have the slightest clue how to do this.
All I tried so far was making a full body morph once, and messed up big time. LOL!
So I just save a new character I made into the library and thats it.
But if one of the professional character creators would volunteer to convert her into a distributeable MOR pose for me, I wouldnt mind giving her away as a freebie.
(Including her smile. ) :-D
Id think it should be OK if I send her cr2 to ONE trusted member who already has V2.
Thanks again for your kind words !
And for the V2 diehards, heres another character I was playing around with lately:
Shows one can even be pretty when youre green, have "strong bones" and hippo ears. ;-D

um, just to say, you can distribute a package with: a) a morph pose & b) squished morph targets They don't have to inject on their own. They can just be loaded manually by the users.
