when I try to import or open a .pz3 file I get the Carrera config window which includes the correct path to Poser. nevertheless I'm still asked to point to the Poser executable, which I do, but the path request is repeated ad infinitum till I finally just cancel.I've tried reinstalling Poser, but to no avail. This is the PC info: Win XP serv pk 1 Poser 4.03 (Curious Labs) Carrara 3.03 Any suggestions would be appreciated...

One question (with respect!): Are you sure to have a real version of Poser ? Many full warez version can be found on the WEB, with serial on so on... But as far as i know, TransPoser implements dedicated algorithms that seem to check that it's a real fully licensed version of Poser. Thus, your Poser can be fully usuable on its own, but not with TransPoser if you have this problem. Otherwise drop a mail to Eovia Support who will probably solve the problem. Just my 2 cents....

You should probably install the Carrara 3.04 patch, don't know if that will help this problem though.

My thanx to both of you, Pete and Patrick for your help. I'll try both your excellent suggestions and see if a solution can be found... ...jerry

When you get the 3.04 patch make sure you do a clean install of Carrara before you install the patch. I've found that this is the only way of solving similar problems.
