If you have Photoshop, probably your best bet would be to bring in an existing texture that you like, and use "Image - Adjust - Hue/Saturation", and play with it until you think it matches her skintone. BTW< she's very beautiful. Congratulations to you and happy Birthday to her.

Take a look at 3d.sk if iyou want to create your own texture from scratch. Peter Levius has a very large collection of texture reference sets available for download, and there are some which may just meet your requirements. Otherwise, go with Valandar's advice. Should be quite simple to come up with exactly the skin you require.

You can also do a color read on her skin tones, I think the 2nd from the left at the top has the most consistency, and match the texture accordingly by playing with the RGB channels.

Maybe this will sound weird but, have you thoght about asking to possing for you?. That way you get a realistic skin for her model.
