The characters they are selling look a lot like poser figures, but it could just be a coincidence. The free jeep looks very good, though.

Its always good to have a shiny new tank every now and then.

xantor posted Sun, 01 August 2004 at 6:07 PM

Was that tank free? It looks like you need to split the vertices in uvmapper BTW.

EricofSD posted Sun, 01 August 2004 at 10:22 PM

Yup, the tank was free, and yup, there's something wrong with the vertices on the side panel.

Tyger_purr posted Sun, 01 August 2004 at 10:55 PM

is there a way to split the vertices without loosing the round shape of things like the barrel, wheels or anything else that should be roundish?

The front of the turret has that "too smooth" look, too.

xantor posted Mon, 02 August 2004 at 4:19 AM

Tyger purr in uvmapper pro you are supposed to be able to pick certain parts to split vertices from but I haven`t managed to make that work. I have done split vertices on a whole object before with no problems with rounded parts, they still looked as smooth as before with no flat faces.
