Is there a site that has a bunch of celebrity look alike Poser models? I've found a few here and there and I've seen a few in Renderosity's Poser free stuff, but honestly most of those links are broken. Just curious...

Not collected all in one place. I think it kind of started with my daring Darth Logice into going further than his Angel for Mike morph. I've done one called MaterialGirl, Rorschach's got a Scully figure (Businesswoman), FairyWoods has the casts of Xena and Hercules, and AFAIK the rest of the lookalikes I've seen have been texmaps.

Anim8or are you the same guy who makes the anim8or program? If so great work, I am amazed, I think the program is great.lmacken posted Sat, 04 November 2000 at 1:21 AM
If you include comic book characters in your definition of celebrity, then 3D Comic Collective would have everybody beat on volume -- over 100 characters. I was going to point to the convenient link to the ===>, but it's gone! If not, at least it could make you think.... I found this in a zip archive: Sarah Michelle Gellar by duesentrieb 20th October 1999. I suspect people were throwing together Traveler's morphs before then, but that's all offline for now. There's been a Deana Troi and two Seven of Nines; Lara Croft a celeb?

Just curious, but who is the Angel for Mike based on? I've never hear of it. I downloaded it and tried it, but I don't recognize it as anyone famous. The title said "TV's Angle" or something like that. What show is it from? The only male angel character I can ever remember seeing was the one Michael Landon did years ago (Highway to Heaven, I think was the title). Melanie

I take it you don't get the WB in your area. "Angel" is a spinoff of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," about a 300-year-old vampire named Angelus cursed with a soul and conscience, who runs a somewhat noirish agency to help Los Angelenos who've gone astray and are being persecuted by the forces of evil. Equal parts horror and tongue-in-cheek dialogue with a dash of soap opera.

Thanks. Yes, I saw it once, but didn't care for it, so I never watched it again. I didn't like SMG on All My Children, back when she was a nataural brunette (she can't act - I thought she must have been the daughter of All My Chidlren's producer or something), meow so I wasn't interested. Anyway, thanks for the info. Much appreciated. Melanie Sorry about the jabs, I couldn't help myself. :)
