I liked the 'plot' from the previous pyramid thread... I've already bought the invitations to the virtual House Warming party(hint, hint).

Hi Jay, The good doctor is going to (attempt to) build a house using only Poser. The "Magic Pyramid" is needed to be able to fabricate the roof of the house. Most normal folk build a house from the ground up (but not necessarily Poser's GROUND) ... but Doc Geep likes doing things sdrawkcab <-----(that's backwards spelled backwards). (BTW - "sdrawkcab" is pronounced "straw'-cab") ... or something like that ;=] So, first we will make the roof, then the second floor, then the first floor and finally, the foundation. We can do this because Doc repealed the law of gravity (but only in his lab) about 8 years ago thus making things like this a reality. (on the screen, anyway ;=] ) Ok? ....................... Ok. cheers, dr geep ;=]

Something more to do with that train load of wood you got left over from the deck project? :-)
Why shouldn't speech be free? Very little of it is worth anything.

Ok,that is way above my level!!! However, I would love to get my hands on that finished pyramid. As soon as I saw it I had an idea of what I would use it for, but can't make it myself. Anyone willing to share their finished product? :)

Have you tried Notepad? Just change the file list to "all files" and you should be able to save as .obj

thanks for the reply tried that automatically saves to text document has anyone ever made this magic pyramid prop?
diolma posted Thu, 03 November 2005 at 8:29 AM
If you can't save as .obj, just re-name it in explorer (or the equivalent if you're on a Mac).. .obj files are in Ascii format; renaming it won't change that.. Cheers, Diolma
