You can rearrange and even rename your runtimes within explorer, but you'll have to change your LibraryPrefs.xml in runtime>prefs accordingly. Just open the file in any texteditor and you'll see right way what you have to change. That's how I do it, if I need to change the order of the runtimes in the library slide-out. oh, and Poser should not be running while doing this ;-)
